1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ANDOPO ("ANDOPO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use andopo.com and any related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). ANDOPO is an event-discovery and local-experience platform that helps people plan what to do before, during, and after an event or venue visit.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
We collect information you submit directly, for example when you request or book a concierge or local-host service, submit a business lead or service request, apply to become a partner through our "For Businesses" forms, or otherwise contact us. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name and contact details, such as email address and phone number.
- Booking and request details, such as service date and time, party size, service area or pickup area, and any notes you choose to include.
- Business or partnership details, such as business name, contact person, website, category, city, and service area.
- The content of messages or requests you send to us.
Payment information
When you pay for a concierge or other paid service, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are handled by Stripe. ANDOPO does not receive or store your full payment card number. We retain limited transaction information such as a booking reference, amount, currency, payment status, and the email address associated with the booking.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we and our providers may automatically collect certain usage and device information, including:
- A session identifier used to understand how the Service is used within a browsing session.
- Interaction events, such as pages and listings viewed, recommendations shown, and links or buttons clicked (including outbound clicks to partners, tickets, and businesses).
- Referral information and campaign parameters (for example UTM values) and the page that referred you.
- General device and browser information provided by your browser as part of normal web requests.
4. Affiliate Links and Outbound Redirects
ANDOPO participates in affiliate, referral, and partner programs. Some links, booking options, ticket links, and recommendations are affiliate links. When you click certain outbound links, we generate a unique attribution identifier and may pass it, along with campaign parameters, to the partner so that a resulting booking or purchase can be attributed to ANDOPO.
When you leave the Service and continue on a partner’s website, the partner independently collects and processes your information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.
5. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including event discovery and recommendations.
- Process and fulfill concierge bookings, service requests, and partner applications, and communicate with you about them.
- Send service and transactional communications, such as booking confirmations and updates.
- Measure and improve the Service, understand engagement, and evaluate the performance of recommendations and partner links.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
7. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
The Service integrates with, links to, and draws information from independent third parties, including ticketing and event-data providers, business and place-data providers, travel and experience marketplaces, hotels, transportation and reservation services, mapping tools, and social networks. These third parties are independent from ANDOPO, and their products, availability, pricing, and information are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking and transaction records may be retained longer where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. Sensitive credentials and payment details are handled by our specialized providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these choices, or ask questions about your information, by contacting us at

12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. International Users
ANDOPO is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ANDOPO evolves. If we make changes, we will update the effective date shown above. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the changes where permitted by law.

8. Social Media
ANDOPO maintains presences on social platforms and may publish editorial and promotional content to them. If you interact with ANDOPO on a social platform or through embedded social content, your interaction is also governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. ANDOPO’s connections to social platforms are used to publish and manage our own content and do not grant ANDOPO access to your personal social-media account.
